PROGRAM EVALUATION &
RESEARCH SERVICES

Is your program working as intended? Is it having the desired impact? How do you demonstrate success or progress? Are there areas for improvement?

TrueScore Consulting provides evaluation and research services to leaders in the nonprofit, philanthropic, and academic sectors. We use data - from surveys, tests, administrative records, and interviews - to give decision makers evidence of the effectiveness of their programs and changes over time. Our clients learn what is working well and what can be improved.

ABOUT US

TrueScore Consulting is a small program evaluation and research firm founded in 2002. Both principal consultants (Dr. Naomi Chudowsky and Dr. Victor Chudowsky) work directly on each project. Our backgrounds are in education research and policy analysis. We have a combined six decades of experience providing research services to decision-makers in government, nonprofits, philanthropies, and academia.

Our first clients were top education think tanks in Washington, DC. Some of our work received national media attention in outlets such as CNN,

C-SPAN, Education Week, WSJ, and NYT. Our research on student achievement gaps was cited in testimony before the U.S. House and Senate Committees, and in briefs filed before the U.S. Supreme Court.

After relocating to Central Oregon, we focused our work on program evaluation for nonprofits. We enjoy helping mission-driven organizations understand what’s working, what can be improved, and how to demonstrate their impact. We’re passionate about turning data into insight — so nonprofit leaders can make informed decisions, tell their story more powerfully, and ultimately serve their communities more effectively.
